In 2020/21 I ( Frédéric Berjot ) was hired by Deep Blue See to go in the Carrabeen for a year , as a sculptor to create 40 original life casts based on the Sint Marteen Carnaval.

The casting was inspired by local members of the Sint Marteen community .

The casting took place using life cast techniques

For a year our crew work in sometime difficult conditions to create the 40 originals that would later on be mold in silicone
